On March 15, Director Ding, Director of the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress of Shangcheng District, Hangzhou, led a delegation of five officials from relevant district departments to visit our company for an inspection and research tour. Our company’s General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Chief Financial Officer, and heads of relevant departments attended the meeting.
At the meeting, General Manager Shen Jianchong delivered a report on the company’s development strategy, its overall performance in 2011, and its work objectives and priorities for 2012. He briefly introduced several of the company’s technologies, including the production of food-grade carbon dioxide in accordance with international quality standards, structured packing with flow-guiding grids, the production of dimethyl ether via vapor-phase dehydration of methanol, the conversion of methanol (or dimethyl ether) into gasoline, the production of compact food-grade CO₂, and the treatment of exhaust gases containing volatile organic compounds (VOCs). He also elaborated on the company’s future development plans and innovation initiatives. Furthermore, the company reported on housing issues for priority-hired scientific and technical personnel, as well as challenges encountered in business operations regarding bank acceptance bills, and put forward several recommendations.
After listening to the report, Director Ding and other leaders spoke highly of our company’s achievements in 2011 and its contributions to Shangcheng District. They expressed hope that our company would continue to maintain its strong momentum and achieve even greater success, and stated their commitment to strengthening communication between government agencies and enterprises, optimizing services, and working together for the development of Shangcheng District.
